I do believe having a large sign for a month on our lawn, that it was goinhg to go on sale soon, was a poisitive move by you. In a difficult & struggling market, you were able to get dozens of people to show up for the viewing, after you initially opened our house to be inspected by your company's agents, & you were able to generate enough enthusiasm & desire in potential customers, to come up with the "right & best possible offer", with terms & conditions that were more than fair, and a closing date that was quite acceptable. Every single aspect of the sale of our townhouse, you skillfully managed, met us virtually every couple of days near the end of the process, always kept us "in the loop" & allowed us to make the proper decisions, with your assistance, and you always used a "human touch" to reducer our stress levels, We would be glad to recommend your services to anyone who would be buying or selling their home. You are an A+ real estate agent, in our estimation & belief.
